Business listings, basic profiles and access to contact information are free. Publication does not depend on a commercial agreement or payment. Identity, contact details, services and freshness are assessed separately in records. Information that has not been confirmed is not marked as approved. Sorting criteria are explained to users; paying businesses do not receive hidden priority. Content found in other sources is not automatically copied on the assumption that it can be reused. Sources and reuse conditions are assessed before publication.
